Its business scope includes general contracting of various construction projects, construction, consulting, construction technology development and transfer, mechanical equipment leasing, road and bridge construction, and commercial concrete production and wholesale.

The company's subsidiaries mainly include: China Construction Third Engineering Bureau First, Second, and Third Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and other holding subsidiaries, as well as general contracting companies, infrastructure companies, group companies (Beijing), and group companies (Shanghai), etc., which are non-legal entities.

Turnstile Case Study

Due to site limitations, an intelligent pedestrian access control system was required at the main gate, configured for both pedestrian and small vehicle access. The pedestrian entrance uses a tripod turnstile product – the Flexible Sloping Tripod Turnstile, while the small vehicle entrance uses a bridge-type angled swing gate.

The Flexible Sloping Tripod Turnstile uses a gate arm with a diameter of Ø38mm and a length of 510mm, and the turnstile height is 1000mm, allowing single-person access via card authorization; the bridge-type angled swing gate uses a single swing gate arm of 545mm, with a channel width of 1140mm, and a gate height of 1200mm, allowing single-person and small vehicle access via card authorization. This design facilitates site access control and monitoring, implementing entrance and exit management and surveillance for workers and small vehicles, maintaining site security and accident supervision. Project Product Features:

I. Flexible Inclined Three-Roller Turnstile

1. Rotation Function: Receives valid signals, rotates smoothly and gently with assisted push, without impact;

2. Warning Function: Automatically issues an alarm when unauthorized passage or forced entry occurs;

3. Reversal Function: If reversal occurs during passage, the turnstile arm automatically locks and issues an alarm.  It automatically resumes passage after the reverse force disappears;

4. Anti-Forced Entry Function: When unauthorized passage or forced entry occurs, the turnstile arm automatically rotates to a certain angle and locks, providing humane protection against injury. It automatically resets after the external force disappears;

5. Unattended Operation: Automatically lowers the arm when power is off, and automatically raises the arm when power is on;

6. Fast and Quiet Operation: Electric assist, zero mechanical wear. Approximately 45-60 people/minute;

7. Anti-Tailgating Function: The turnstile arm rotates 120 degrees per person. If tailgating occurs, the flexible inclined three-roller turnstile senses it and automatically alarms or locks.

II. Bridge-Type Angled Swing Gate

1. Can be connected to various card reading devices and operates by receiving relay switch signals;

2. Can be connected to external switch buttons or remote control for convenient entry and exit;

3. The swing arm automatically closes after opening, with the delay time adjustable as needed;

4. Mechanical Anti-Pinch Function: Based on the reasonable mechanical design of the turnstile itself, it achieves a mechanical anti-pinch function. When a person or object obstructs the swing arm's movement, the bridge-type angled swing gate system automatically detects and stops operation. The swing arm's force is small, preventing injury to people or damage to objects;
