Project Analysis: The Xi'an Korean Pavilion is a Korean exhibition hall and trading center.  It mainly attracts customers with Korean skincare products, clothing, and other products. The Xi'an Korean Pavilion has four doors in total: three entrances and one exit. Two doors are located in the Korean Pavilion itself, and two doors are in the bonded trading center. Therefore, with multiple entrances and a single exit, a powerful and intelligent pedestrian access control system is needed to maintain efficient personnel flow, monitoring, and control, ensuring reasonable and orderly visitor traffic and other activities within the pavilion.

Project Solution:  To address the access security and personnel control needs of the Xi'an Korean Pavilion, Chuangxintong provided a reasonable and effective intelligent pedestrian access control system using its guardrail column swing gate product. This ensures the safe and orderly entry and activities of visitors and relevant personnel, assisting in maintaining public safety in the venue.

The intelligent pedestrian access control system uses non-contact smart technology, and the advantages of the guardrail column swing gate are:

(1) Smart Card: The system uses non-contact smart RFID cards, successfully solving problems such as multi-purpose use, confidentiality, wear-free operation, and ease of use, greatly improving the system's practicality.

(2) Easy Expansion: The computer and the intelligent swing gate use RS485 bus communication, making expansion convenient. That is, after installing the corresponding control system, if more intelligent swing gates are needed, only the corresponding intelligent swing gates need to be added to the hardware, and the software can be configured for the newly added devices.

(3) Offline Operation: The intelligent swing gate can not only operate online with a computer but also work offline. The intelligent swing gate automatically determines whether the user card is valid based on the parameters downloaded from the system, decides whether to open the gate, and stores the opening record in the memory. (4)  It can be freely equipped with an intelligent card reading module, and resets automatically after a person passes through via time delay or infrared sensing;

(5) The control unit has an RS485 communication interface, which can be expanded to directly control the swing gate operation through software, facilitating centralized and unified management and control of large-scale access control systems.

(6) It can be expanded with a counting function, and the number of people passing through can be easily managed via an external display screen.
