The remote-controlled automatic lifting column is composed of a bottom base, a lifting blocking barrier column, a power transmission device, control and other parts. According to the different needs of different customers, it has multiple configuration methods for users to choose from and can meet various functional requirements of customers. The equipment used for diverting people and vehicles can be used in conjunction with barrier control systems or separately. Automatic lifting can be divided into hydraulic lifting and electric lifting. It has high practicality, reliability, and safety.
The installation steps and main operations of the automatic remote control lifting column mainly include the following five steps. Let's take a look below:
1, Excavation of foundation pit:
There are two ways: 1. Dig a cylindrical hole with a depth of 1050 millimeters, and 2. You can also dig a long strip pit with a width of 600mm and a depth of 1050mm;
2, Make permeable layer:
After excavating the pit, place 200mm thick gravel at the bottom of the pit as a permeable layer and repeatedly compact it;
3, Equipment positioning:
Place the equipment in position and place it on the seepage layer of the pit foundation, so that the center of the column is on a horizontal line, making sure to be level on all four sides. Leveling can be done using a spirit level or infrared spirit level. The surface of the outer cylinder is generally level with the ground or 1mm high, and then backfilled with 150-200mm deep gravel. During backfilling, one person supports the column while the other person backfills to prevent the column from being tilted during backfilling, achieving the effect of fixing the column. Continue backfilling until 15-20 centimeters above the ground and stop backfilling;
4, Concrete pouring:
Evenly pour C30 concrete around the equipment and protect it to prevent concrete from entering the equipment. Shake the concrete with a vibrating rod to reduce gaps, and make sure to fill the bottom of the flange tightly. If there is a change in the position of the equipment during pouring, it should be stopped in a timely manner. After the adjustment is completed, construction should continue, forming a secondary pouring work. After the second pouring is completed for 24 hours, it can be debugged but cannot be opened to traffic;
5, Road maintenance:
The maintenance period is about 7 days. If motor vehicles need to pass through normally during the maintenance period, steel plates should be laid above the equipment. After the transaction, the manufacturer shall provide the necessary auxiliary materials (i.e. purchase list) for installation. If unclear, the manufacturer's technicians shall provide one-on-one telephone and video guidance throughout the process, responsible for the entire process. Only after the installation is completed can the troops be withdrawn.
